Nowadays no make-up look is obvious for any event. It becomes a part of everyday lifestyle. Wearing less makeup was always a common thing, but very few people appreciated that. Recently it has become a big trend on social media. People are wearing make-up that looks like there is no make-up on the face at all. Here is how you can achieve the look.

Apply a very light amount of foundation

Foundation is the primary stage of any make-up routine. Apply a very generous amount of foundation on your face, don’t try to make it too cakey. Many people like to apply a coat of primer on their face before putting foundation. If you are using toned primer, then you can skip the foundation part.

Natural tone eyeshadow and simple eyeliner

Eyeshadow can make your eyes pop from your face. But in a “no make-u” make-up look, you don’t want your eyeshadow color to be the attention. Use natural tone eyeshadow, and the amount should be so faint that people can barely notice it. After eyeshadow, use simple eyeliner to define the eye. Don’t make big wings or other shapes. We have to keep it natural and soft.

Light contour and highlighter

Usually, in a “no make-up” makeup look people don’t use contour if they have a defined bone structure. But, if you feel like it, using a little amount of contour can bring some definition to the face. Don’t go overboard with it. Apply a generous amount of highlighter on the peak of the face so it seems like you are glowing.

Lip color

As we are going for a natural look, there is no need for a color that will make your lips so noticeable that it seems out of the batch. Try to go for a nude lip shade so it matches the rest of the face.
