Experts recommends doing this facial exercise at least three times a day. 

Exercise for sagging cheeks

At first, suck in your cheeks and try to purse your lips. Then you need to smile as hard as you can. Try to continue the smile for at least 10 seconds. It will help you to feel the tension in your cheeks. Repeat this exercise at least three times. 

 

Crow’s feet exercise

To do this exercise you have to make a “V” shape with your index and middle finger. Then you need to place each hand on the inner and outer corners of the brows. Then try to raise the lower eyelid upwards while looking up to the ceiling. Repeat the exercise five times.
